Leaf Filters are used for filter aid type of filteration of edible / non-edible, castor, vegetable, palm, oils, sulphur, dewaxing, catalyst & various chemicals.

Vibrating Leaf Filter Application
Oils and fats industry: filter crude pressed oil, bleaching oil, hydrogenation oil, wintering oil, etc.
Food industry: filter sugar solutions such as granulated sugar, grape sugar, etc, to separate out bleaching agent of active carbon, filter beer, fruit juice, wort, alcohol, drinking for clarification.
Chemical industry: for separating out all kinds of crystals, catalysts, bleaching agents of active carbons in petroleum industry, inorganic chemical industry and organic chemical industry.
Working principle
Oil is pumped into filter chamber, which is forced through the filtering plate under the air pump, the pure oil is the side and the oil dregs remain the other side, the shaking motor let the oil dregs drop off the bottom of machine, then drain out of the machine
