Softening Kettle

Softening Kettle is used for softening and drying process to
soybean, rapeseed, or other oil material in pretreatment
section of the solvent extraction plant. This rotary softening
kettle reduces the moisture of the raw material and improves
the plasticity, making the flakes rolled by the flaking roller
compact and thin, but not easy to break, thus improving the
effects during cooking, oil pressing and extraction.

Product Introduction

Softening Kettle is mainly used in softening and drying of raw material, increasing the plasticity of raw material, decreasing the water content of raw material, making flake thin and not broken. Then, the effect of cooking, pressing, and extraction can be strengthened. New designing is adopted to adjust the softening method and time of meal in the expander at any time, according to different variety and properties of material.

Advantages of RHG horizontal rolling soften kettle:
1.The turning of roller makes material turning more evenly and avoids material burning. The softening of material is even and smooth.
2. Energy consumption is greatly reduced. Compared with the softening equipment of same production, the installed capacity of the machine is one tenth of the vertical softening kettle, so the production cost is also reduced greatly.
3. No scraper can avoid abrasion between the scraper and heating layer, so the equipment has long service life, low breakdown rate and low maintenance cost.
4. Adopting new designing and material control is very convenient. The softening time of material can be adjusted at any time according to different varieties and properties of material.
5.Because of unique structural designing, the rate of de-watering is up to about 2% when softening material of high water content.
