The hydraulic oil press machine has widely application,which is capable of processing a great number of seeds and nuts,such as cotton seeds,suflower seeds,grain seeds,hemp seeds,peanuts,soybean,corn germ,palm kernel etc more than 30 kinds had been tested.
        
Instruction:
1) Main engine
Main engine includes base, upright, top plate, oil drip pan nut and so on , it is one of the main parts. Firstly the oil material is put into the assembly of the press boring ,then it being droved up by the oil cylinder piston ,oil will outflow from the gap of press boring ,and then pass the oil drip pan to the drum for oil storage.
2) Hydraulic system
Hydraulic system is the main power force of this machine, it includes transmission shaft, turbine, worm gear, gear pump, high pressure pump, overflow valve; super high pressure safety valve; hand-operated valve; seamless steel tube; pipeline connect and other spare parts. This machine adopts the advanced power pack of the world, and compared with two plunger pump, it is faster , higher pressure and can resist higher temperature, it can continue working when the oil temperature is above 65 but needn’t cooling unit.
3) Electronic system
Electronic system is the most advanced part of this machine, it is fully automatic, easy to operate, and there’s no special request to the operator, so this machine is particularly suitable for peasant.
This machine is composed of motor, volt meter, pressure gauge, power insurance and so on.

The operating of the oil making machine
It is easy to operating the machine with easy technical requirement, there is no complex operating processes, in general speaking, all the people can operate the machine.
 
The using method and pressing processes of the machine: 
Firstly, check whether there is enough oil in the oil tank and whether the Voltage is normally.  If it is winter,  you should open the temperature controller 30minutes in advance before pressing and adjust the temperature controller 60 ℃, and open the top draw back plate, screwing tightly  the oil valve in a counterclockwise way.
 
After frying the oil materials, pour them to the prepared bags, then put into the pressing barrels. To spread the oil materials evenly, then put the compartment plate, and so on .
 
After the charging barrel is full, pull the draw back plate back, then cover it tightly. Before pressing, the rear Destacking handle should be set following, then open the main button, control the Manual valve.
 
Pull the handle, the top preload begin to work, when the pressure reach to 10Mpa, the prepressure is finished ; push to the handle inside, preload oil is withdraw. Lift Destacking handle, push the top sliding board back, for the second feeding. After filling full materials, put the wooden roof on top, to guard against excessive pressure. The oil flow into the oil tank. Tight with valve button in the clockwise way. The following pressing cylinder tank is open.
 
It is the better that the pressure of the following press cylinder shouldn’t be more than 40Mpa. Start the machine several times Automatically repeatedly, to check the oil tank, if the oil tank won’t drop oil , then begin to relief pressure by turning the with valve switch in the counterclockwise way. And the time of relief pressing shouldn’t be more than 1 minutes, because you have to top the cake out, move the sliding board backward, tight the with valve in the clockwise way, open the main switch , top the cake out.
 
Rising of the big piston of the cylinder, its stroke height is 500mm and 700mm, up to the same level with the charging barrel. If too high, the piston will be out of the cylinder. It is dangerous.
 
After the cake is out, turn the with valve in the counterclockwise way, then the piston will fall by the weight of itself and the bottom plate .
